Psoriasis (PsO) is a chronic, systemic, immune-mediated disease that may be initiated via various environmental factors, with certain genetic factors increasing the likelihood of development.¹ Like other immune-mediated disorders, PsO is driven by immune and inflammatory signaling pathways.^1,2 Despite abundant and increasing availability of PsO therapies, unmet needs persist.³ Although predominantly characterized as a “skin” disease, it is important to recognize that PsO may be associated with numerous comorbidities in other organ systems.^1,4
